CLUB COUGAR
The before and after school program for K-5th grade students at Contra Costa Christian Schools is known as the Club Cougar. The Club Cougar after school program is designed to be a fun, nurturing, and safe environment for all students. This program is designed to allow students to have time to play freely as well as time for structured activities. Club Cougar is open every morning from 7:00am to 7:30am and every afternoon from 3:00pm to 6:00pm the latest. Parents are strongly encouraged to pick up their child(ren) by 5:45pm.
This club is intended for use by kindergarten through fifth grade students and occurs on every scheduled school day of the year. All students signed into the Club Cougar will be given a snack and will participate in the daily activities until picked up by a person designated on the student’s contact list in RenWeb.
There are three payment options for the Club Cougar. The first and second options need to be set up prior to the use of the Club Cougar program. If the payment plans are not set up prior to using the program, option three will be used automatically.
2021-2022 Fees:
Protocols:
All students dropped off in the morning, prior to 7:30am will need to be signed into the Club Cougar for morning care supervision until the yard duty arrives at 7:30am. Elementary students that are not picked up by 3:00pm (11:35am on half days), will be automatically escorted and signed into the Club Cougar after school program.
CLUB II
Grades 6-10 students end class at 3:05pm and students are permitted to remain on campus until no later than 3:30pm unless they are under the supervision of a teacher or coach for a club or program. Beginning at 3:30pm all upper school students must either leave campus or be pre-enrolled and report to our Club II program. Some parents of grade 6-10 students may be comfortable with students leaving campus on their own. We respect the prerogative of parents to make these decisions but students become the responsibility of their parents once they leave campus. Unsupervised students are not permitted to remain on campus after 3:30pm.
2021-2022 Fees:
There are two payment options for the Club II.
Prepaid in Full (unlimited) - For the upfront cost of $1,500 ($1,300 for additional siblings) you will receive unlimited access to Club II throughout the entire school year.
Monthly Contracted Rate - The monthly contracted rate of $185.00 per month is for a completed Club II Contract.
This monthly contract must be filled out and turned in prior to the first day of the corresponding month. Payment is due at the time that you submit your monthly contract. The monthly contracts can be emailed to you.
