We value the support and willingness of our volunteers at CCCS, and we thank you for your shared commitment to the success and safety of all students. Adults who wish to volunteer on our school campus, drive and/or chaperone a day and/or overnight field trip and/or athletic events need to complete the following requirements:
Volunteers / Chaperones: (on campus, at an event, or overnight) Volunteers who are helping in the classroom, assisting with student events, attending a field trip, or attending overnight trips.
Drivers: Volunteers who will be driving students (other than your own child) for field trips, athletics, and other school events.
Completed documents and certificates can be emailed to [email protected] or returned to the school office. All necessary documents must be submitted and Live Scan results received before a person may volunteer.

- Code of Conduct Form (Required every school year). Review, sign, and return.
- Live Scan (Required only once). Fill out the Request for Live Scan Service form, visit an authorized Live Scan provider, have your fingerprints scanned, and return the form to CCCS. From there the results are electronically transferred to our school. **Please note, Live Scan fingerprinting is site specific, meaning even if you’ve had fingerprinting done for another job/organization, we cannot accept those results. They have to be done for CCCS specifically.
- Mandated Reporter Training for Volunteers (Required every two years). Select General Volunteers, enter 94597 as the zip code and Contra Costa Christian Schools as the organization. Create an account, complete the training, and download or print the certificate to submit to school.
- TB Clearance Form (Required every four years). Submit the form to your physician. Have your physician sign off or administer a TB test.
